​ASTRAL PLANE JANE Is a portal more than anything.
I was raised with a strong connection to a universal
HIGHER POWER that has guided me to practices and elements that allow me to embrace that connection.
I got my Mantra when I was 7 years old at Transcendental Meditation on Main in Brookside and have been using those types of modalities all of my life to try and stay connected to that UNIVERSAL HIGHER POWER.

The things I have learned along the way, Embracing A CALM CENTER, Being Here NOW, REIKI Techniques, Relaxation in Movement, elements from Montessori School settings,
and more have brought me to this place now.
Not many people get to learn about what their purpose is in life. I BELIEVE that my purpose in life is to LIGHTLY touch people's lives and try to pass on some of these elements.
I proceed here with a hope that, with the right tools,
we can start to change how we navigate
community, kindness, growth, and understanding.

stronger and more satisfying Mind/Body/Spirit experience.
CrossFitSwim# is a program I developed to help with physical therapy efforts after my shoulder surgery. Working arms, legs, core, and cardio in the pool is a solid cardio experience, easier on the joints, and helps with strength and flexibility. Every few days so I post new moves so you can combine them to create a routine that suits your needs. You can schedule me to come guide your group thru the circuit of modalities or bring your group to our backyard pool.
POOLSCHOOL# Swim lessons are so important, not only for stroke development, but for water safety, problem solving, critical thinking, and confidence. I teach all ages, from babies in the Mommy & Me classes, to adult swimmers. You can schedule something in our backyard pool, I can come to your pool, or we can meet at your community pool.
Now, in ZEN# is a Workshop Series designed to engage participants in 8 short workshops that focus on a healthy Mind/Body/Spirit experience. I started doing this in my back yard because I wanted to implement these practices into my routine but didn't have hours to spend. Most of the workshops are only 15 minutes long. This allowed me to include all of them in small dosed. It is very rewarding. I roll this into community centers in hopes that it will help others.
HippieBus# is a kid friendly version of the Workshop Series that we roll into school for grades 2-6. I believe that helping instill this mind set early on is vital to a future of healthy kids. We are also now working with Montessori school kids of all ages.
ButterLab# is a skin care regime that I DESPERATELY NEEDED after being in the pool all the time. It's a POP-UP event that we bring to your group so each participant can make a blend of base, tint, and scent to their own liking.
